Projection Screens General Information:

All Da-Lite®, Draper®, Elite® & Mustang® screens (and their accessories) sold by ProViewDigital.com are drop shipped directly from their respective manufacturers, and cannot be cancelled or returned. Any and all defect/warranty issues should be directed towards the respective manufacturers. Any customization requirements must be arranged and paid for prior to placing your order.

Shipping note:

Estimated delivery time for most screens is 2-4 weeks. Please call customer service if you wish to receive an exact ship time. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call customer service for an exact quote.

All screen deliveries will be made using either UPS or a private trucking company. In any instance where UPS is not used, then the delivery service will be defined as "curbside delivery". This means that you are paying for your screen to be delivered to the curbside in front of your house, depending on the accessibility of the exact area. The delivery service representatives will assess each individual situation to determine whether the screen can be brought closer to, or possibly even into your house. This decision is solely theirs to make, and is not included in the cost of delivery.

Freight Damage Policy:

Obvious Freight Damage - If you receive a shipment with obvious freight damage, REFUSE IT and inform us immediately so we can supply a replacement. We will charge you for the replacement at the originally quoted price and credit you upon the return of the original. The damaged product must be held at the original shipping address and in its original packaging.
If you accept a shipment with obvious freight damage and report it to us after the fact, we will supply a replacement at the originally quoted price and provide a partial credit upon the return of the original, based on its salvage value.

Concealed Freight Damage - If you accept a shipment, it is your responsibility to open it immediately and report any concealed freight damage to the delivering carrier immediately and in writing. Pursuing the claim is also your responsibility, but we will assist you to the best of our ability to secure a favorable settlement from the carrier. We will also provide a replacement product at the originally quoted price; and, if you desire, once the claim has been settled, we will accept the return of the freight damaged product for whatever credit we can provide, based upon its salvage value. If you fail to report concealed freight damage to the delivering carrier immediately, neither you nor we have any recourse. We will provide a replacement product at the originally quoted price and, if you wish, we will accept the return of the damaged product for whatever credit we can provide, based upon its salvage value.
