RETURN POLICY
All of the products our company provides are brand new and factory sealed (unless otherwise indicated in description) therefore any issues are rarely encountered. In the event that you do receive a defective, DOA (dead on arrival) item or there is an IF (initial failure) the following guidelines must be met:
Return information:
Please check your equipment upon receipt. Returns for defective items will be exchanged only within 14 days of purchase. (This means that the buyer must contact customer service within this fourteen day period regarding the defect). Please notify us immediately for a product replacement or refund. Replacement will be shipped via UPS Ground only. Expedited shipping for a replacement item is available as well if so desired. In this case the customer is responsible for the shipping expense. After the allotted time of 14 days, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any issues with your equipment, as the manufacturer has provided a warranty for your product.
Please note: Sanyo does not offer exchanges for Defective or DOA products. Sanyo provides repair only. Please contact Sanyo if you have a problem with your projector.
Please note: Panasonic will only accept exchanges for projectors with 10 hours or less on the bulb.
Please note: non-new, remanufactured or refurbished B-stock products are not eligible for exchange if they are Defective or D.O.A. They are eligible for factory authorized repairs only. Please contact our Customer Service department, or the manufacturer for repair options.
If your package is damaged during transit, please contact Customer Service immediately to initiate a claim with UPS.
You MUST receive an RA number (return authorization) before returning a product. To request a Return Authorization please e-mail: returns@proviewdigital.com or contact Customer Service. No merchandise will be accepted without an RA number. The RA number must be referenced on the shipping label.
All products must be returned in new condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, instruction manuals, and products must be in their original condition. Warranty Cards must be blank in order for the item to be accepted for return. Returns MUST be double boxed when shipped back to us.
RA number issued is valid for 4 business days. Please be advised that merchandise with expired RA will not be accepted. Please contact Customer Service if your RA was expired.
We will process the return upon receipt of your package. Replacement item will be shipped within seven days of the original receipt date. The tracking information will be send via email.
In the event that the customer refuses to accept an order (UPS Delivery) for any reason, the shipping costs will not be refunded, and the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you cannot accept delivery of an order, you must call customer service before refusing an order.
Refund information:
If a refund is desired, and the product is not defective, a refund will be issued and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Please be advised that shipping is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for ensuring that the item arrives back to us safely. All items will be inspected upon receipt. Your refund will be issued in a form of a check within seven days upon the original date of receipt of your package.
Pixel program:
There are times that a projector may have one or more of what is referred to as "Bad" pixels. It is industry standard to allow for a few "Bad" pixels on an LCD panel or DMD chip. The actual placement and number of "Bad" pixels allowed varies by manufacturer. The issue of "Bad" pixels does not qualify a projector for replacement as a defective unit, but may be returned to the manufacturer for their evaluation. Please contact us and we will try our best to exchange the unit for you.
Tapes, Replacement bulbs and Special orders:
We will not accept returns on any tapes and lamps. Special order products such as screens, custom cases, cables, ceiling mount kits and other non-stock items are non-refundable as well.
Open box/Remanufactured items can only be exchanged or replaced, not refunded.
