Q: Are all the products you sell brand new?
A: Unless stated otherwise, all of our products are brand new, factory sealed and come with the full warranty.

Q: Will Sales Tax be added to my purchase?
A: There will be no sales tax on your purchase - except if shipped to a NY Address. If shipped to a NY address we are required by NY Law to collect sales tax.

Q: How will my item be shipped?
A: All items are shipped insured via UPS ground. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the item ships. You will then be able to track your package at UPS.com. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select.

Q: What are the shipping charges?
A: Shipping costs are calculated according to the customers zip code. To calculate shipping, please add the item to cart and continue to checkout. You will then be prompted for your address and method of shipment.

Q: Can you ship an order to my work place or to alternate address?
A: If you pay by Money Order or Cashier's Check we will ship to any location. If paying by credit card, you should have your work address listed as an alternate shipping address with your issuing bank. This is done for security reasons to prevent any fraudulent charges on your card. Orders that are paid via PayPal will only be shipped to the confirmed address that is listed with PayPal.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: For the convenience of our customers, we currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal & Money Orders.

Q: Does ProViewDigital.com ship internationally?
A: We are sorry but at this time, we only ship to the USA.
