The Sanyo PLV-Z2000 is the first native 1080p home theater projector from the makers of the very popular PLV-Z (Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4 and Z5) series projectors. The Sanyo PLV-Z2000 includes new D7 LCD panels for better contrast (15,000:1), brightness, and image continuity. It also includes HDMI 1.3 compatibility, vertical and horizontal lens shift, and an ultra-quiet fan.

Offering a full 1920 x 1080 high-definition resolution, the PLVZ2000 delivers rich, deep and accurate colors due to SANYO's exclusive Topaz Real HD Technology, a 3D color management system that addresses changes in color phase and color level to obtain perfect color reproduction. The PLV-Z2000 color management system provides 1110 times more color combinations than SANYO's 720p PLV-Z5, a total of approximately 216 billion possible color combinations. This new color management system was designed to optimize the potential of deep color via the projector's two HDMI 1.3 inputs.

This is my 2nd PJ., 10.3.2008 Reviewer: Larry Liskey (Lancaster, PA) The Z2000 blow me away as my 1st PJ did years ago. The 3D is so go my friends say they NEVER saw anything like it the pic is that good. The Z3000 or the next Sanyo PJ is to be even how that could happen. Seeing would be even hard to believe it. The Z2000 as the Z3 has a very easy set up. I used the factory settings and the picture is incredible. I think the only way to get a better picture is to get live actors in you room.
